Unsatisfactory colour

I have been getting my hair done at Carlton in JHB for the last 4 years, and have recently moved to Cape Town to continue my studies. To my understanding all Carlton Hair salons are trained to the same international standard and care for their clientele. Yesterday I had an appointment, and initially when I asked fora certain ombr? colour I was undermined by two stylists. As they are the professionals, I finally stopped debating and allowed them to start my colour as they were explaining. As I continuously voiced my concern through my appointment, I was reassured that I needed to wait until we had finished to see the final product. I wanted my blonde ends to be a little lighter, but. To keep my natural dark base. My hair comes down to my belly button and the blonde was taken to about 7-10 cm from my root, with no tonal variation. It looks like I have extremely stark regrowth. As I said it was not what I wanted both stylists again voiced their opinions completely undermining me. I finally left crying because I no longer though it was worth arguing. I a, very unhappy with the service I received and paid for. <br> I complained on the Facebook page and have received no feedback either.
