Unprofessional Service

I booked a blow dry with a lady by the name of Mona at Rosebank Carlton Hair in the Rosebank Mall. Whilst I was explain to the aforementioned salonist as to how I would like my blow dry done she pulled a face and held her nose and walked away. She walked around the salon doing this in a completely unprofessional manner and eventually returned to me after keeping me waiting. When I asked her if there was a problem she asked me if I had smoked before I came to the salon. I said yes and what difference did that make to doing my blow dry. She then tells me yes she does have a problem she has allergic asthma to smoke and pulled a face in a completely unprofessional manner. I have been goin g to Carlton hair for many years and have never received such treatment. I asked her what she was going to do about it so she said she had asked another stylist to assist. Ngomotse did assist me with my blow dry but unfortunately I will never return to this salon as this is not the first time I have received bad customer service and yesterday I felt the treatment towards me as a paying customer was rude, unprofessional and discriminatory. Rosebank Carlton hair you need to employ professional staff or alternatively communicate upfront on any idiosyncrasies that your stylist may have which leave customers feeling what bad service they have received. Never again !
