Unprofessional and overpriced!

On 11/09/2015 my hair was coloured (single colour), cut and blow dried at your Centurion Mall branch. I had to pay a whopping R1 245.00 and my hair is barely touching my shoulders. When I went back to the store on Monday to enquire about the cost (MST Deal 1 and MST Extra Colour), a cheeky and rude girl working the counter said that it was because I have booked with a \specialist hairdresser"and the cost are more than when booking with normal hairdressers. I was not given an option when I made the booking"
