unhappy customer

On sunday 05/04/2015. My cousin and I decided to go for a wash cut and blow at carlton hair salon at Irene Village Mall. The ladies who cut our hair was very freindly but clearly does not have listening skills. She didnt cut or blow my hair the way I had told her. And she used a thinning scissors to thin my hair after me telling her that I have really fine hair so I dont want that. She did it anyway. My hair turned to be a dissappointment after spwnding so much money on it. I was not happy at all and neither was my cousin. I have cut my hair many times at different carlton centres bt this was the first time I was very unsatisfied. I think should listen to the customers and not do their own thing. My hair is a mess and its not like I can fix now as I have to wait for it to grow. Hate it . The ladies new we were not happy but did or said nothing to make us feel ok.they just carried on normal.
