The good and the bad

Sent my wife here and she loved it, she is always happy , i just feel sorry for how management and higher staff treat the younger and less qualified or whatever employees, they all look so sad, no wonder there's always new faces of "junior staff". Never the less the quality of work my wife receives is always top notch.
