Taking advantage of pensioners

My 63 year old mother went for her hair to be washed and styled for Christmas, I was quoted R165 over the telephone. The shop has a 20% off for pensioners. Whilst there the she was asked whether she would like a treatment to be put on her hair whilst being washed, in the same manner as one would ask whether the water was the correct temperature. She agreed without being told that the treatment would cost an additional R400. <br> How many pensioners have you taken advantage of in this manner?
