Shocking service

I visited Carlton Hair Rosebank and to my surprise the level of customer service had declined so drastically. The stylist I made the appointment with was busy with other clients while a trainee app**** my hair dye and washed my hair with unsanitary hands . When requesting for her to wash her hands she refused. Shocking service absolutely disgusted we pay an arm and a leg for their service which is way below par . My actual stylist that I booked only attended to me to order I put a mask on at a cost of 25 Rand as my initial mask was soaked with dye and water by the trainee who has lack of skills . When we pay for a stylist we expect the skills and expertise thereof not that of an unskilled trainee . You have lost the professionalism and repoir that comes with the Carlton name . Quality over quantity ... Go back to the drawing board and rethink your level of customer service.
