<p>I am extremely angry at the exorbitant hair fee which I was charged on the 29th Jan. I have been a customer of Calton Hair for over 10years. I asked my hairdresser for a voucher as a birthday gift for my best friend for her 50th birthday and she assured me R2000 would be more than sufficent for a high lights, cut and blow wave. i wanted her to have a good pampered experience.</p> <p>I had made an appointment for my friend and I to have highlights, cut and blow wave for both of us. When we were finished I had to pay R3200. My friend had to pay R2000 over and above the voucher (as I was quoted by hairdresser as enough ). We were so shocked and to top it all up.. we had to ask for an invoice as they never give you one. My friend will never set foot in that shop again. I was so embarrassed as this was a gift from me and not wanting her to pay for anything. Only to be told to pay an extra R2000. She says she can go the the hairdresser 4 times to have the above treatment. My husband asked If I had bought shares at the hairdresser. Baring in mind that I wanted my hair to beautiful for my two family weddings. Further more I had to have my hair cut again as it was not right to add to injury I had a hair cut a week before at Carlton Hyde Park for R850.</p> <p>I have SMS d the hairdresser asking her to explain these costs but has not answerwd me. I knew she wasn't going to respond. I have also inboxed them got a response so sorry somebody will phone you. This had been over a month no reply.</p> <p>Beware of going to the hairsdresser ask then how much it will cost as a lot of hidden costs are charged for..</p>
