Rosebank branch - Pretty

Hairstylist named Pretty at the rosebank branch - awful service. Was meant to come in for 3 ladies to do hair for brides****s and she said she would come to our home to do our hair.

She was meant to come at 14:00 and by 15:00 we had still not heard from her. After trying to call her several times with no answer we had to call Carlton hair to find out where she is only to find out she isn’t coming and can’t help us. We had under two hours till the wedding with no one to do our hair.

On such an important day - this was the last thing we needed. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
