Refund due Perm horribly unsucessfull

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed in the bad service I received.</p> <p>I booked my hair appointment for a perm on the 3rd of June 2017.</p> <p>It was not a success, the hairdresser Natalie said that she would reverse my perm I should at least give it a week because my hair had too many chemicals to be treated the same day. </p> <p>I paid R715.00 rand for a perm that she knew I was not happy about. </p> <p>I contacted her yesterday to confirm when she would redo my hair free of charged as she promised she has still not called me to confirm as she said she needed to speak to her manager. </p> <p>She did not call me ever since the 3rd of June even though she knew that the perm was not successful and she promised that she would fix my hair free of charge.</p> <p>Please help me. I have left numerous messages with the hair stylist and receptionist still waiting for their manager to contact me </p>
