Poor quality service for premium price

Cannot believe the number of complaints for Carlton Hair salons!!! I should have checked here before going there - something is wrong there.<br> <br> One does not expect to go to a high end salon and leave feeling very disappointed and depressed after having your 3 months hair growth cut off in a style you didn't ask for.<br> <br> Guys be wary when choosing a stylist or salon - you think you will pay more for better quality - its not the case.<br> <br> It seems like the stylists may have their own ideas about what they think you should get done. Just be more cautious. Further, once my complaint ended up at the head office - they wanted me to go back to the salon to be evaluated - hair was all gone. What did they want to do next - want me to continue agonizing, feel stupid, argue with the stylist....:-( not happening!!!<br> <br> Don't go there!!!<br> <br>
