Overbooking = 6 hours waiting and damaged property

I went to Carlton at Constantia Village for highlights (for my hair and my Clipinhair extension) hair treatment, cut and blowdry. My appointment started at 09:00 the morning and when I went to pick up my extensions at 13:45 (when the hairdresser said it will be done) I saw she was still bussy colouring, so I returned again at 14:30. My extensions where only finished at 15:10. It took 6 hours 10 min for her to finish my hair & my extensions. At the start of my appointment I informedthe stylists that I had other appointments that day and she assured me she will be done by 13:45. While she was doing my hair and my extensions she was also doing several other clients hair even though I booked and payed for my hair and my extensions as 2 full heads. This overbooking resulted in me being late for a facial and pedicure and loosing the money I payed for the bookings. The stylist at Carlton also broke my Clipinhair styling hanger which I left there with my extensions the morning. Some of my extensions also got damaged - the hair was roughly combed out and as a result a lot of the hair was broken off. There is a clear layer of broken hair that is visible on my extensions.

The extensions is real remy hair and has a value of R3700 and it was brand new, not even worn once. The hanger cost R100.

Carlton hair is expensive and that is why you expect a certain level of service when you go there - especially when paying for 2 full heads.
