Over 20 inches cut off without permission

Caution really bad experience no resolve. Visited Carlton irene, the hair stylist did a straightening treatment without permission. Instead of trimming and layering she cut straight across and took about 20 inches out in the back and about 26 inches in the front. I contacted Carlton several times and all the general manager Cindy can offer is a further cut. She is also very rude and dismissive and said we can't do magic and give your hair back, i suggested extensions and treatments to which she just said no. From a cultural perspective I'm not supposed to have short hair. I have invested thousands in having long hair. Very disappointed in the unprofessional staff and no resolve.
