No water at basins...3rd time now

Carlton Hair Constantia Village. 3rd (!!) time with no water....so you have to sit for over an hour while they wash your hair with jugs - so much for an elite company! Complained to the manager and he couldn't be bothered and refused to give a discount. Next they will be sending clients off with wet hair saying there is no electricity for the hairdryer but expecting them to pay full price. Not to mention they health and safety risks to staff and clients. Staff carrying around boiling water in buckets all the time. Management need to move premises or withold rent from landlord if they can't get water to their taps from the center. Not just say there is nothing they can do.
