Master Tracey rushes her work. Her work ends up becoming terrible.

My girlfriend and I arrived about 15 minutes late you our appointment which was with a Master, that was near the end of the day. My girlfriend wanted to do a big procedure, when we arrived Tracey, the master we made the appointment with started to complain about us being late, which makes complete sense. I suggest we come the next day and a bit earlier so that she doesn’t have to stay behind too late after work. She refused and said that it is ok and she will make it happen. We were very happy to hear. The issue was that my girlfriend had beautiful red hair, which even Tracey complimented, my girlfriend wanted to change to a brunette color with blonde ends. As anyone knows that to change a red to blonde is very difficult, but Tracey said she was up to the task and as a master of course we trusted her word. At the end of the procedure my girlfriend was happy but there was one issue that the new shade of blonde and brunette didn’t flow too well, with there being an awkward zone between the two colors. We expressed our worries to Tracey, she told us to not worry, use certain products and it will even out. When going home my girlfriend was happy but she said she felt as if Tracey was rushing. Well 4 months down the line after listening to all of Tracey’s tips. My girlfriend s hair now has three different shades and they don’t flow into one another at all, it looks like the French flag just with brunette, then blonde and lastly a reddish blonde. It is clear that while rushing Tracey took some short cuts didn’t do a masters job and now my girlfriend is paying for it with her self confidence.
