Insulted by Carlton Sandton

Good day

I have been a client for more than 5 years now. I have not experienced any problems until now. I just visit the sandton branch. 14/09/2018 appointment for 10:30. I requested for a master stylist. They informed me that his name was "toni".

As I proceeded for my appointment. I informed him how to cut and/or style my hair. I very pleasantly made a request on what I, as a client wants for my own hair, to be done.

He abruptly shut me down and conceded that he "he knows best". He then started to Qraise his voice and shout. He was exceptionally rude in the way he communicated to me. I was belittle infront of his staff and other clients that were present at the time. I was told that I should leave and not pay.

I have never been insulted like this at any place, yet alone at a professional institution such as Carlton. I am extremely disappointed with the service from Carlton har Sandton, and particularly from the master stylist 'Toni'.

I write to you with despondency as I 'was' a client for 5 years with them. I trust this message finds, to whom it may concern. Looking forward to your response.
