****ING HORRIBLE

Went quite a few times and got really fed up with them not listening to what you ask for. But the worst is, you make an appointment they tell you one thing and one reasonable price, as soon as they start touching your hair the price just goes up. The ****ing ****tiest communication and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never going back again. Once went to get my hair colored as a special was promoted for around R1200 left paying around R4000. And recently went to get my hair touched up with a colored conditioner I bought from them, and they had to dilute with a bit of their conditioner. They told me R260 as a blow dry as I brought my own color, but again price went up to R650 after they already put me in the basen chair. Left with a bill of R810. Ridiculous. Wish I could give ZERO stars. I even called them and they still wouldn’t budge, didn’t even get an apology nevermind a refund.
