FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS MAJOR DISAPPOINTING

First of all, this was my 1st experience at Carlton Hair,thought I would spoil myself.Got there 08:50,girls at desk NOT friendly, they opened the door.Told me to sit around the corner until 9. So I sat, got a friendly trainee offering coffee at 9. Lady Kayla took me to the chair, asked what I wanted,I showed her a pic and she said NO PROBLEM easy- Costs R1300, I accepted.I sat from 9,starting the Olaplex- rinsed and she charged me R250 extra as the blond did not lift.So I said Okay,sat again - rinsed and again my hair was bit blond with YELLOW undertones,she cant fix this,apparently it will wash out with time.She had to cut my hair due to damage (which she did,as there was nothing wrong with my hair prior)length was middle back... now its on my shoulders!! I sat until 15:30 - not happy when I left.i wanted to cry.I did not receive any refreshments nothing just sat there for over 6hours. I had to go to another salon on Friday to fix my hair and she charged me R350 - and I am Happy when I left!! Cant believe I paid R1550 to have my hair messed up - I want my money back or something!! this is beyond believe of poor service.I am ashamed to tell people I did my hair at Carlton Hair.
