destroyed my hair

carlton hair lonehill made such a mess up of my hair, the colour of curry, i am suppose to be blond. been walking around with this curry colour for 3 months now , can make it blond, will break of more. its breaking of, will take a year, hopefully to get my hair to grow, as its close to the roots, the cut is far from straight had to come home to cut 3 long pieces that she missed, this is Jerry, that i thought was good, i made appointment 2 weeks before time. i called helpline, which is the complaints dept, they also didnt get back to me. that was around Christmas,
