**** haircut and excuses

Went to Carlton Hair Rosebank for a pixie cut from shoulder length hair-hairdresser kept rambling on about how my hair may turn out different after discussing various styles with her for a long period. Had it done-didnt turn out like I wanted because she said if she goes too short I may hate it. I subsequently cut it much shorter at Wyatt Hair and it looks stunning. My best friend went to the same lady at Carlton Hair and wanted a slightly different cut but not shorter. She walked out witht he ugliest hairstyle. She was in tears but the hairdresser was in a hurry to leave for home so she left. I insisted we call and spoke to the manager. The next time I sat with her with the same hairdresser making excuses and messing her hair up even more and cutting it even shorter. We had asked the manager to stay and watch the process and she just disappeared. Obviously could not handle customer complaints and conflict. In the end we walked out having had enough of excuses of hair texture etc etc. She then went to Wyatt hair to cut it and it turned out beautiful. Neither one of us will go back to Carlton hair. We have even changed hair product brands. Your loss Carlton Hair. Its your R6000 loss per month!
