Complaint Terrible Service

Hi I would like like to say that this is False advertising I made 2 consults with 2 different people and separate days to make sure I have enough money for my particular service request, I showed them my hair length colour texture everything and and got a cost of R1850 for a highlight package I was the last to leave the Salon that day I ended up paying R3300 on the 23rd of December at Rosebank I had to send my 12 year old son to draw money from my credit card as I dis not have the extra funds as per both consults of R1850 I ask for my reimbur*****t the manager keeps giving me stories the highlights did not even take as the stylist dis not use a higher volume peroxide on my hair I am highly disappointed and would never use Carlton Hair again as well as my family members that wanted to go for the same package
