Carlton is a hot mess!!!!

Went to Carlton Hair Centurion to have my hair cut. My stylist insisted i have a treatment done because my hair was damaged even when i said no several times. I eventually gave in and said ok. Once she did the treatment she casually adds in... the cost of our treatment is R950.i almost fell off my chair! I told her why didnt you tell me the cost before doing the treatment, she replies with “you should have asked”. I was disgusted by the tone she used and how rude she was. I was obviously very upset and told her i would be taking this up further. When it was time to cut my hair, she did the total opposite of what i asked. I actually left the salon crying coz my hair looked a mess and i paid R1500 for that mess! To me, it felt like it was done deliberately because i said i would complain. I will never go back to this place again!
