Carlton Hair Irene Messed up my wifes hair!!!! and didnt cut it anything like asked!!! Dont EVER use them!

<p>My wife decided to use Carlton hair as they are a professional(Or suppose to be) hair dresser - She wanted a type of Chinese bob cut, with layers starting from the back and ending with the longer pieces in the front(this is NOT a new style), but instead, this hair dresser cut it in bob and WAY TOO short!!! To make it worse, it was cut just underneath her ears!!! My wife showed her 5 pictures and asked her 3 times to PLEASE not to cut it too short, yet she did the EXACT opposite!! Then her and the aparent manager mention that it looks nice and "I know its too short, but its nice for summer"!? Way to go to support a useless hair dresser when you can see and KNOW they messed up !!!???</p> <p> </p> <p>At this point, her hair can not be fixed, so there is nothing that can be done, so my suggestion to others are, DO NOT USE THEM, EVER! and I mean the ENTIRE franchise, not just Carlton Hair in Irene(Irene Village).</p> <p> </p> <p>Lets put it this way - She messed up my wifes hair so badly, that even if they offered her a free Cut and blow dry for the next 2 years, she will NEVER go back, because of the absolute mess that was done!</p> <p> </p> <p>Why do you employ people who know nothing about cutting hair, let alone with a styled cut ? I am sorry, but you need to either get rid of her, or start training or employing professional hairdressers!</p> <p> </p> <p>And then you STILL charge R295 for this hair cut ? Your shop and the "Carlton Hair" franchise is a joke! I am generalizing because the one franchise should be just as good(or bad) as the next!</p> <p> </p> <p>We will never use you ever again, and will most definitely never recommend you! EVER!</p> <p> </p> <p>Get your staff trained, or employ professional Hair Dressers! Stop letting amateurs practice in a professional environment and then STILL charge premium prices!!!!</p>
