CARLTON BRYANSTON : PATHETIC DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

I have been a frequent client at Carlton Bryanston for the past 3 years. The salon is my go-to every week, but today I received the most pathetic service I've ever experienced since the team from Sandton team joined. I got to the salon 5/10 minutes late, called to notify them, and the stylist and the guy on the other end agreed it was ok. I pitched, apologised, and was taken to the sink by the stylist, who wet my hair... I was surprised the stylist closed the tap and started wiping my hair ... I asked her if she was planning on washing my hair, and she responded, "I don't have time.". ***? NO WASH ! What is the point of styling my unclean hair??? The male receptionist informed that if she washes your hair, we would be running late for all our appointments! SHOCKING what 15/10 mins can do !!!!!! No one even tried ! After leaving the salon, I walked to the next salon where I received excellent service. Carlton Bryanston will NEVER be my go to again, and to top it all off the manager is always shouting at the black staff in front of the clients how blatantly rude and unprofessional! IF YOU WANT TO TREAT PEOPLE WELL, YOU NEED TO RESPECT THEM! How great it would have been if my money would not have been late! DISGUSTING!! You just lost a valuable customer.
