BAD SERVICE FROM CARLTON

I have extremely thick hair and went to Carlton Hair to purchase a new straightener.

On the recommendation of the staff member I purchased a Corioliss hair straightener C1. I have not had a good hair day since. The straightener is absolutely poor quality. It does not straighten my hair properly. My hair is thick and it makes the plates slip in opposite directions while being straightened. I paid R2100 to be ********** with a very poor quality hair product that was meant to last for years - but its been a little over a week and already this product is not working properly.

This is really bad and this needs to be reported to the consumer protection services.
