Bad Service

It was my daughters matric ball on the 17 April 2015 and I booked an appointment to have an up style with one of your senior hardressers. They then said a guy by the name of Francois would do my daughters hair as he was very experienced. We arrived on 17th and asked for Francois the receptionist said he was not there but has gone for trainning and said that she has another experience person for my daughter.<br> I left my daughter in their supposedly capable hands. When I picked her up he hair looked like something I could have done home myself. She was crying outside in the parking lot and refused to go to her matric ball that night because of her hair being messed up she looked awful. Apparently after doing her hair the hairdresser said she could not do up styles. Also another hairdresser walked passed and said she needs to get done as her next appointment was waiting. This was unprofessional and when I complained did not even get an apology. They were all so absorbed in what thye were doing. I will never ever go there again and have told all my daughters friends as well and apparently two of them already had bad experiences there - pathetic service.
