Bad Receptionist

I am appaled by the recpetionist at the Sandton Carlton. I requested an appointment with my stylist during a special they had and was advised that my stylist was away on leave and would only return after the special was over. I made an appointment yesterday only to find out that was stylist was back before the special ended. I had to pay an extra R500 just because the receptionist is ***********!!!
