BAD MANAGEMENT

<p>Ive been coming to the store for the past year and the manager is rude to his staff members and staff are dropping like flies. As a manager you should build up your team make them feel at home and trust but yet have a from hand. This manager or as he like to call himself the owner of the store Toni is really just not right in the head. I mean who goes off at staff infront of clients. Or is it they way Carlton operates these days.....remomendations don't go the Carlton in sandton unless you looking for a reality show come true where people scream for staff from one side of the salon to the other and people turning red and about to **** someone then go. I want to relax when I am in a salon not listening to the drama out loud infront me when I'm supose to be relaxing and no music is playing what so ever. Not a nice vibe Carlton really not </p>
