Bad Hair Day at Carlton Hair Blue Route Mall

My wife had a treatment at Carlton Hair Blue Route Centre today. The stylists unprofessional handling of her treatment resulted in a visible colour difference in the right side of her hair. My wife had a booked appointment but the stylist asked another colleague to assist her as she was in a rush because her next appointment had arrived. They attempted to correct this but the one side of her hair is a visible shade darker than the other and has a yellow tinge. To add insult to injury, they charged her the full price of the treatment as well as the cost of whatever they had used to "correct" their mistake. No apology was given. I would never recommend this branch to anyone ever.
