Bad dye job TWICE

Really disappointed with my TWO visits to Carlton Hair in Waterstone. In November, I asked for caramel balayage and I got yellow blonde stripes. Then today I asked for a warm brunette last week to fix the yellow stripes from a different stylist and I got something very close to black. I supp**** both stylists with a photo and neither of them got close to it, and last week the stylist tried to convince me that my hair is not black.

This dye mishap is something I would expect from a cheap small-town hair salon, not one that charges me over R1000 for the wrong colour and some excuse about my hair "absorbing the colour quicker than expected".
