Appauled and Shocked

I have been coming to this Carlton for the past 3 years, and I had a wedding on Sunday, which I booked appointments with Storm over 3 months ago, for myself and my 2 daughters.<br> When I was at the carlton 2 weeks ago, I was told that Storm has left, and I booked the appointments with Morgan for 12 pm for all of us.<br> When I arrived on Sunday, I was horrified that there was only one appointment for me with Claire, and I was told that my one daughter was going to be done by one of the blow bar girls, and a young guy did my other daughter.The blow girl that did my daughters hair (which was to use a wand) kept screamimg at her to stay still(she is only seven years old) and as she finished each part, she kept placing the burning pieces in her face.What was even worse for me was how both of the people that attended to my daughters, besides being rude (blow Girl) burnt my children with the wand. They have got blisters(as attached) on their ears and head.<br> My daughter has subsequently been put on antibiotics as the one blister on her ear went septic.<br> How do you let people who are not trained use these kind of tools?<br> I am very upset and absolutely appalled by this, and would really
