Carlton Hair Rosebank, appalling service, supposed 'senior stylist' no consultation when applying colour; doesn't know the difference between straight and curls; doesn't listen to client needs and cuts incorrectly, which means you have to pay more going to another salon to fix. Hair in the coffee; no neck support with basin which keeps dropping, etc Told the manager would call me but no call received
