ANGRY!

I had a haircut this morning and I asked for my hair to be cut short and all in ONE length - after it was finished I tied my hair up in a bun and left it to dry naturally. I then let it down to see how short it was and immediately noticed that it was uneven and HORRIBLE! I went back to the hairdresser to show her photos I took and she told me it's because my hair is wavy that's why it's uneven - I'm sorry - I've had wavy hair my entire life and I've had my hair short PLENTY before - her incompetence is NOT AN EXCUSE! She didn't do her job properly and now my hair is to blame? I paid a lot for a ****ty haircut that I now have to tie my hair up until it grows back? I'm so ****ed off - and not to mention the manager who was so rude to my mom and I where she blatantly refused to listen or help us??? A POOR EXCUSE OF A HAIR SALON! Overpriced and useless!!! Will NEVER step a foot back in there ever again!!!! Now I can't wear my hair down and I paid for this? Really? Excuse after excuse from Carlton is not going to make my hair grow back any quicker! And it doesn't help the fact that I can't wear it down!!! Angry as hell! And someone had better offer a solution because cutting my hair shorter is NOT an option! Clearly Carlton only cuts hair to look good when it's blow dried or straightened... not when you have wavy hair or let it dry naturally... poor poor poor

Waiting for a reply... I understand Carlton is unreliable for many things, but I at least thought their customer service would be a bit efficient with regard to complaints from their customers - no wait, I must be thinking of a different hair salon.
I:
a) want my money back
b) an explanation as to how you can employ such rude people who represent your brand? Maybe you should train them on how to deal with angry employees more effectively and be a little more understanding instead of brushing them off and telling them they're in the wrong? Or is that simply normal company policy?
