20 MINUTES LATE

I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes before the time as my appointment was for 13:30 on arrival they booked me under the wrong name even though the person who made me booking repeatedly made it clear that it was Stephanie not Tiffany. I was approached by various people asking an promising my stylist would arrive but to no avail it was only after 20 minutes of waiting at the table not even being seated in a chair that a stylist could visibly see my frustration an then only was I assisted. My exact stylist had been running an faffing around the salon instead of seating to me her client. May I mention that I have back to back appointments an due to her tardiness all my appointments an meetings for the day ran over schedule.
