The worst residential complex

The estate manager has no clue what the hell he's doing or he has no interest. When I moved into these units in 2017, they were orderly and we'll managed. These days the whole estate is dirty and run down. No one cares for the rules, loud music and parties continue until early morning. Parking is a nightmare, with people parking on the kerb and anywhere they please. Security is worse, because if you slip them a R50, they look the other way. Cleaners are unsupervised, bins spill over with dirt and stay that way for days. Even in summer, we have resorted to closing our windows to avoid flies.
