Don’t move here! The name definitely misleading, nothing luxurious about this estate. Have lived here for 3 years and it’s as loud and rowdy as a complex in Braamfontein and definitely not for families.

The people have no regard for others, loud music till early hours of the morning even when reported to guards you complaints are not taken seriously. People with dogs who bark till the early hours of the morning and dogs that roam around the complex unsupervised likes street dogs. Young people blasting music having and car washes and smoking dagga. Super lazy cleaners who don’t even take the time to clean ths gym properly. They clean the treadmill while you are working out on it (very rude) People who dont dispose of trash properly and onions and tomato peel’s everywhere on the floor. Its all not worth it to be honest. Maybe the free wifi but nothing to it. Don’t move here, especially if you want a decent night’s sleep otherwise just move to braam/melville, not worth the hefty rent.
