Carlos Victor Moutinho from MBP Projects

I would seriously warn people doing business with a Carlos Victor Moutinho, who calls himself a ''Handyman with years of experience. Conversions of steel or wooden windows and doors to Aluminium''. He uses either, MBP Projects and or Imbumbe Corporation quotes, address being either out of 1 Mountain Lookout Street, Midlands Estate, Midstream [PO Box 816, Midstream Estate, Centurion, 1692 or from Germiston! He is the brother of Pedro Moutinho, whom we thought had a good reputation and would honour our settlement. Carlos Victor takes deposits and asks for more contributions and his work is shocking and disgraceful. He does not finish work and his installation/building workmanship is disastrous, to say the least.... We had to remove all his stacking/folding door installations and get INSO to redo the whole job. We lost, or rather Victor took R 78 000 from us. He agreed to refund us R50 000, but since we last saw him, refuses to take our calls and just vanished - I think he changed his number *** [or blocked us] and email *** too. Please stay far away from these people Carlos Victor Moutinho from MBP Projects and rather get professionals with a reputation to do your projects. Such as a company called Inso, for stacking/folding doors.
