VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞 CUSTOMER

I am appalled by the terrible customer service and Writing the second review because they keep removing them and many others so here is my story,I handed in a phone that was in a good condition, only thing that needed fixing was the “Bootlooping problem(storage/space)”. After taking my phone in for an assessment which lasted 8 weeks they brought it back with a cracked screen. I then confronted them regarding the matter and they told me it’s all my fault cause I “brought it in like that”. Imagine paying R4400 to fix one problem and then boom they give you another. I am beyond disappointed by their service and I would urge all customers/clients to never ever under no circumstances opt to fix their phone at Carlos cellular downtown Bloemfontein CBD at bloemplaza. I am more disappointed because I thought that because they associated with Vodacom they wouldn’t do things like that,mind you I bought the very same phone from them in September 2023 and I still have all the receipts of everything.It hasn’t been even 2 years since I bought this phone from THEM.
