VERY POOR AND UNRELIABLE SERVICE!!
I have never used this service before and was unsure of what information was needed before making payment.
I chatted to one of their service agents in the chat box and was given the wrong information. I asked which information was to be supp**** under the registration number and was told to put in the disc reg number and not the number plate details. I then made payment based on this advice only to find out that I was to input the number plate details. The amounts to be paid varied and the person assisting me could not rectify this.
I was told to call the contact center and was put on hold for 15min waiting to speak to an agent.
Please sort this out as a matter of urgency as my disc has expired.

On our landing page there is a 5 point information block as to how to make your renewal processes easy without delays and what information we do need i do apologize this has confused you. We do need some documents from you to continue to process. To complete your licence renewal we need you to please send the following to *** with your registration as the subject. For a personal vehicle: Clear image of Current Licence disc, ID Copy and Proof of Address not older than 2 months, this needs to be a statement not an invoice. For a company vehicle: Clear image of Current Licence disc, CK Document, Proof of Company Address, Copy of Proxys ID and Proxy letter.
If you could kindly send these through we will process and verify. We are closed for a short period over the festive season and our team will be back in action on the 3rd January 2022. But you are welcome to send these documents to *** and she can verify these for you in the interim. I will also pop yyou an email with this information
