UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE RECEIVED FROM CARLICENCE.CO.ZA

The company does not even deserve a 1 star rating. An absolute waste of time. I did an online payment to get my husbands car license disc renewed on the 1st of June 2023 and to date have not had positive feedback from the company. An agent had called me and confirmed that they received my documents however I was sent numerous sms's afterwards asking me to submit documents. To date I have not received the vehicle license. The company should compensate for the time lost and refund me the amount paid as I now need to pay a penalty to get it renewed at the licencing office.
