THIS COMPANY HAS CERTAINLY LOST THE CREDIBILITY IT HAD IN PREVIOUS YEARS
I have used CarLicence to renew my vehicle licence for 2 years, no problems. Renewed and paid for my new licence 7/12/22. Sent of documentation required. NOTHING SINCE. spent hours waiting to speak to a human, not a robot, just eventually cuts you off. 6TH Jan over 100 emails to them. says number" resolved" as a reply but nothing happening. ant drive my vehicle as licence has no expired. never again.

We have checked your renewal process and see that the correct and verified docs have been received on 5 January and this had been sent to the KZN department and submitted for processing. A sms will be sent as soon as the process has been completed and the disc is ready for delivery.
We are keeping track of all the renewals to ensure that they are processed and received timeously.
