Terrible Service

If I could give zero stars, I would. Shocking service. No feedback given, apart from a rote sms received on a weekly basis that my application is being processed. Website claims 5 - 10 working days for the application to be processed and delivered. I am now on day 18 and have only just received notification that there is an issue with one of the documents. In the meantime, my other license has expired. There is no accountability, and no service delivery. Don't pay the extra money, rather take the time and sit at the department. It is less stressful than what this experience has been and still is being.
