Shocking Service

I don't even want to rate this "company" one star. I would rate them minus 100. I app**** and paid for my renewal in the beginning of December 2021. My car license already expired 31 December 2021. The timeframe they supply is TOTALLY inaccurate.

It is 18 February 2022, and I still haven't received any feedback other than "it is still in progress"

They have no contact number to phone them on. This is already very shady

Everytime you have to follow up, it is via livechat and everytime someone will tell you they will get back to you, but they never do

I have requested a refund 4 times now already, so I can queue myself and do the renewal at the local municipality

But still, no refund and no answers

PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED by the empty promises on their website

Please do not make use of their so-called services

This company should not be in business
