****! ***** - Don’t use this service! I want a refund.

2 months now. Not me nor my wife can get answers. Nothing gets done.

It’s always just we will escalate the matter.

This after holding on for an hour at a time to talk to someone that can actually not help you.

Stay away people! The service is not existing, no follow up. Managers will always go to to the dept and sort it out by Friday. Friday comes and goes and nothing is done. For 3 weeks the same excuse. Stay away!!!

I even pulled a report now after making payments 2 months ago. Still reflecting outstanding at the department after using another service provider. Just taking my money.

Paid like R1500 already and nothing done.

Please don’t continue with the service for us. Just refund us our money!
