Room for improvement

I have been renewing my licence with CarLicence for the last few years with no problems. This time round was very frustrating. It was difficult or more impossible to contact them, back and forth on email, documents required (renewal is in the name of a Trust adding to the frustration), but in the end I received my licence this morning.
