Refund and rude consultants

Themba is soo rude and very disrespectful he doesnt deserve to have a job as he doesnt value his job. All he does is to be rude and talk over while you talking. He just told me again that i can do whatever i want his not going to process my refund from Aug even though Sandile and Lefa promised that i would have my funds in my account by today but nothing. You guys **** and said that yol have paid for my disc but i went to the traffic department and emailed you proof that you have not paid for my disc so that is why i want my refund.
