Refund 5 to 15 Work Days
I sent through all information and documents 14 March 2022 and then 30 March 2022 I received an email that it is taking longer than expected. Today 11 April 2022 I requested a refund and the response was that they they did request a refund and that would take 5 - 15 days to process and I will receive an sms. This is unexpectable as we wanted to travel for easter weekend and and another month of penalties has been added, which will be 3 months penalties when I finally receive my refund. Very bad service and they do not worry what their delays are costing you.

Thank you for your message. As we are a third party renewing on your behalf we have a strict set of rules to follow to avoid ***** or anything else happening with your personal disc renewal. From the audits of your renewal journey the correct proof of address that we need could not be sent. Your refund request has already been submitted and will be processed before the Easter weekend. I do apologize for the inconvenience caused and that we could not assist you with your renewal.
I have requested the finance department to also send you proof of refund once processed.
