Poor to Non-existent service!

The most frustrating company to deal with, quick to take your money but do not reply to emails, cannot actually speak to anyone, but I'm sure they do this to avoid anyone at all costs because they are aware of their extremely poor or non-existent customer service. I app**** over a month ago and still have 2 of the 3 licenses sitting with them and will get an sms to say there is something blocking them from being released but you cannot get a reply from anyone to assist, so you sit in the dark. They did get hold of me via email to pay extra for 2 of the licenses because they take so long to process anything. I did pay the additional fees and sent through confirmation on the 9th June 2023 but have heard nothing back since. I have also renewed another license that they said was blocking another one using https://online.natis.gov.za/ as I did not want to use them due to their poor service and I received that in 4 days! I really wish I had used that system before trying carlicence.co.za.
