Poor service from carlicence.co.za
I tried to use their services to renew my license disk. After paying for the disk and their fee, I never received the disk but instead a month later I received a letter from them saying they couldn't renew my disk because of outstanding car Roadworthy certificate. The way carlicence.co.za handle situations like this is very poor, they could've called me and ask me to go do Roadworthy for the car and then they can continue with printing the disk and sending it to me... At the end I ended up doing roadworthy and then find time to go renew the disk, the fee I paid to carlicence.co.za was for nothing as I ended up going to renew the disk myself.

28 Oct 2020, 21:46Yes I did receive proof of payment but you never advised me that after doing roadworthy I can ask u guys to do a reprint, instead when I called, I was advised to do a roadworthy and then go with the proof of payment to the post office/licensing department to get my car license which is what I did when I finally got time.My car's number plate is JC37CF GP. Ucan check on your system to confirm what I'm taking about

Thank you, the audit shows you were advised of your block via phone and that you were to let us know once roadworthy was done to submit for a re-print in June. Unfortunately the roadworthy request comes directly from eNaTIS system and not from us, so customer intervention was required.

Carlicence.co.za should have continued with the printing of the disc after I did my part (roadworthy for the car) but no instead I was told to take the proof of payment and the letter u sent me to the licensing department.
