Pathetic POOR service!
I’ve never received such POOR service in my entire life, the most pathetic service EVER that i had to endure for almost two months now. I believe that i have been mistreated and misled by Car Licence for services that i paid for!
I’ve been waiting for my car disc from end of January, and no one seems to be bothered by this as i am now driving around with an expired disc, instead they keep showing that they really don't care about the people that they serve. I am completely disgusted and disappointed!
Currently they deserve a rating of ZERO, for incompetence, poor customer service, lack of courtesy, and for not being reliable!
If you were considering to utilise their services, I would Advise you to try other options for your peace of mind.
Further to our telephone call, we humbly apologise for the time taken in getting your renewal to you. There have been unforseen delays at the department that resulted in our delay to you - I have escalated this to our KZN agent and we should have your dics by the weekend.
I will take up the unfulfilled promises made and address them accordingly.
